I was looking around Serebii.net and saw something, it said if I "interact" with someone who has the event pok?mon, I could find it too, so I was wondering...
Can someone tell me what it means? Can I battle someone who has one and then I'll be able to find it? or what does it mean? and after you tell me what it means, can you "interact" with me over Wi-Fi please?

EDIT: That doesn't seem to have worked, so does anyone have a D/P event Pok?mon that you can trade to me, then I trade it back to you? But if you know how to make that "interact" thing work, I can do that too.

I'm not sure, but the only way to get event Pok?mon is to trade with someone who went to the events

you need to go to a event to get the ticket to get there

I remember in the 3rd gen games, if someone had the eon ticket and you mixed records you got the eon ticket too. Maybe its something like that?

Doesn't seem like it worked...

Wait... after you go to the event thing or whatever, doesn't someone in the game give you the pass, key, or whatever? Maybe if you tell me where that person is and who to talk to, I'll be able to get the pass?

Lesson: Serebii is not always right.

Fill me in.  What's this "interact" method?

If no one knows for sure otherwise, I believe it's this.  You unlock the event via Mystery Gift and INTERACT with a person in the Pokemart and receive the Pokemon then through that interaction.

I don't believe it has ANYTHING to do with communication between DS systems.  Correct me if I'm wrong.

Also, I'm unaware of D/P having any sort of similar process of mixing records to "unlock" events like what you could do in the third generation with the Eon Ticket.  That further leads me to believe "interact" is completely unrelated to DS to DS communication of any sort.
