The funny thing is, if you copy EXACTLY the Jutsu movements, it will work perfectly! Like Shikamaru, I do all the poses he does and always the commands result perfect!

Gc is the best it was for melee and it is for brawl

do you guys think that you can still wave dash with the GC control in Brawl?

You can't wavedash with any controller. There is not wavedash in Brawl. They changed the physics engine so instead of a directional air dodge it's momentum based.

Anyway, I'll be sticking to the GCN control until it breaks, and even then I'll move onto my next one. Because it'll be easier starting with a control that I've already adapted to through a good 4 or 5 years of playing Melee.
