This is a new RP that I'm basing off one of my favorite game Mercenaries, with a twist thrown in the fray, Pokemon! Oh great, pokemon with guns, tanks, and sports cars? What the hell is going on here? ????

Because of the war, 4 divisions have been built up, and they all want to be the top ruler. You'll help them accomplish this, and soon, you'll be a high rank, ready to pummel pokemon in your path.
Magma Division
Usually, the pokemon spawned here are fire and rock type. Brutal and strong, these guys are always willing to go into battle, and will do whatever it takes to defeat the enemy.

Warlords-Moltres and Entei
Generals-Charizard, Infernape, Typhlosion, and Blaziken.
Aqua Division
The ranks in this division consist of ice and water pokemon. This division has the strongest navy of all the divisions. They are calm and only fight when in danger or threatened.

Warlords-Suicune and Articuno
Generals-Blastoise, Empoleon, Feraligator, and Swampert
Thunder Division
Eletric and Grass pokemon rule here. They have the most brilliant strategists and most smartest scholars. They will plan traps, ambushes, and tactics to throw the enemy around.

Warlords-Raikou, and Zapdos
Generals-Raichu, Torterra, Venusaur, Sceptile, and Meganium
Stealth Division
The most nimble, quick, and stealthy ones here.Evil is no wrong word here. Ghost and Dark pokemon make their living here. Mostly assassins work here, with a mind of single-determination word....kill.

Bio: He was caught in an explosion with his mother when he was very young, and doctors had to replace parts of his body in order for him to survive. His mother did not survive, however. Kyle then dedicated his life to being a doctor, in order to save others as the doctors at the hospital saved him. However, the war has changed his outlook on things, and he began to train with a katana.
He is known as "Black Jack" because of his slight gambling side, but he is known more for being nefarious in charging high amounts of Poke for his services, whether it be operating or being a mercenary.

Spike walked across the dark streets of the Magma Division territory. He had his black jacket and camo jeans on, shielding himself from the other pokemon around him.

A musty tavern in a small town was becoming rampant. "THAT'S OUTRAGEOUS!!" A Marowak was yelling and swearing at a Pikachu wearing dark clothes and sitting in a chair. The electric mouse remained calm.
"You told me that the Magma Division is in dire need of my services," the Pikachu said, leaning back in his chair. "Obviously, you would really benefit from my skills." The Marowak banged his fists on the table.
"That's not good enough!! I've heard the infamous Black Jack's fees were high, but never this-!" The Pikachu raised his hand, signaling for him to stop.
"I don't need to be lectured. I know how I operate." The only reason I remained an unliscenced doctor is that the cap fee the government puts out is far too low...

Bio: Karma was born to a family with the Thunder Division and lived happily until an attack from the Magma Division. His parents were killed and he lost his memory. Because he could not remember his real name, he chose the mame Karma, swearing that all who defied him would suffer. He moved on to the Stealth Division, but he was sent away when he refused to kill an innocent person. After that, he made a living as a thief and a mercenary, no longer any qualms over killing innocents. He has since sworn revenge on the Magma and Stealth Divisions. He attemts to undermine them at every turn and make their lives hell.

The Marowak slumped back into his chair, speechless. "I...I..." The Pikachu rose from his seat.
"My offer still stands. 800,000 Poke for my services." He left his seat, and went to sit at the bar.
Karma treaded silently through the streets of the Magma Division. He was trying to gain information that could prove useful against them. He reached a large, suspicious building. It was several stories high, with many windows. He tried the door, but it was locked. He turned around and was sent sprawling. A Monferno had burst through the door and attacked him from behind. He looked around and saw a Charmeleon as well. Neither seemed armed, and Karma was about to draw his sword when the Monferno lunged at him and punched him, sending him to his knees.
"What are you doing here? Sneaking around?" asked the Monferno. But before Karma could answer, the Charmeleon had him pinned to the ground. Karma yelled, hoping someone could help him. The Monferno kicked his head to stop the yelling. Karma tried one last cry before another kick knocked him out.
"Hm, he could make a good bounty," said the Monferno, picking Karma up and carrying him off. "Or we could make him our slave."
Black Jack began to drink a cup of coffee from the bar.

((It gives me an excuse to not have to come up with anything new. And it isn't nearly as bad as Solon was in DMDTS. All the falling... X_x))

The Pikachu was silently sipping his coffee when he felt a slight tremor. Also, his fake ear picked up something and began to twitch. Without a word, he got up from his seat and headed off in the direction he felt the tremor from.
Spike kept walking on, ignoring the pokemon around him. He picked up the pace when he saw two quilavas mugging a female riolu.
What's she doing here....
"Leave me alone!" The riolu shouted.
"Just give us the money lady and no one gets hurt."
"On the contract, you'll be the ones getting hurt!" Spike jumped up behind the quilavas and shot them down with his pistol. Both of the quilavas fell to the ground, dead.
"Oh, thank you kind sir."
"No problem, but what were you doing here?"
"I was trying to find information about when Magma's army was going to attack the Thunder Division. I'm one of their spys and strategist."
"I see, well, the name's Boons, Spike Boons." Spike held out his hand.
"I'm Leslie, just Leslie."
Muscle walked down the alley. He noticed a bar sign. He walked in.
"So, may I ask a favor of you Leslie?"
"Of course, for saving me from them."
"Can you lead me to the Thunder Division Base?"
"Sure." Leslie walked over to a red ferrari and motioned for Spike to get in. He opened the door and hopped into the leather seat.
"Strap in, we're going for a bumpy ride." Leslie stepped on the pedal and they zoomed past the Magma Division territory and into the countryside. Spike fell asleep along the way.
On his way out of the bar, the Pikachu accidentally bumped into Muscle. "Excuse me," he said apologetically, but stopped for a second to look at the Machop, "Wait a second... you look familiar..." He thought out loud. His top hat currently shadowed part of his face.
Spike woke up to find Leslie jumping out of the car and walking towards a green field with an encampment around ancient ruin buildings.
"We're here Spike."
" I've never seen you," Muscle roared back," get out of my way."
The Pikachu lowered his head slightly. "Sorry for the misunderstanding," he said, and proceeded out of the building.
"Thanks for the ride Les."
"Don't mention it." She winked with a smile.
Spike walked up to a bulletin board with some posts and notices on it.
Wanted! 20,000 Poke reward to bring this pokemon alive to me!
Name: "Black Jack" . A pikachu with a top hat, not that hard to find, bring to Thunder Cruise at the Ruined Library Nov. 21 at 3:00 P.M.
Hmm...20,000 poke eh, that could help me get some weapons, or a vehicle....

Karma woke in a musty den. A door nearby led to the outside. He looked around and found his weapons. They had not even bothered to restrain him. He gathered his weapons and left the shabby house. He saw a cheap little car at least several decades old was there, and he stole it, driving off into the horizon and out of Magma Division territory.
The Pikachu continued to walk when his prosthetic ear began to pick up on something. It was the same signal from earlier, only it was closer. He turned and saw a car being drove by a Sneasel. That's him. He's supposed to have an injury of some sort, if I was correct. He gripped his case that held his medical equipment more tightly.
"I believe I still have about 5,000 Poke, enough to get me at least a small used Jeep and some mines." Spike headed over to a garage shop and bought a old worn down camo jeep and some detonation mines at a store nearby.
Spike hopped in the Jeep and zoomed across the plains, registering the Thunder Division location in his log map he kept in his pack.

Kyle turned, and saw another car coming across the plains. This one seemed to be a Cubone. After looking at the car for awhile, he could determine that he was in good shape. Nothing wrong there.
((Now can a Sneasel drive when it lacks thumbs?))
Karma noticed a Pikachu in a hat standing there. He stopped and got out of the car, hand going to his sword. He walked closer to the Pikachu. "Why are you just standing there?" he asked, eyes narrowing with suspicion.
The Pikachu eyed Karma suspiciously, trying to find out where - or even if - he was hurt. "No reason. Why? Is this a non-soliciting zone?"
"No," replied Karma. "Just seems suspicious to see someone standing in the middle of nowhere."
The Pikachu scratched at the back of his head. "Yeah, it is a little weird. But I'm just passing through."
"Okay..." said Karma, warily stepping towards the car.
"Have you had any check-ups recently?" The Pikachu called out to Karma.
"Uh... No," replied Karma uncertainly.
Black Jack's ears perked up. "Is that so? Then I believe you should get one soon."
"Well, checkups are kinda expensive," said Karma doubtfully, a bit confused by the randomness of the situation.
"So you're telling me you don't have that much money?" The Pikachu asked.
Karma realized something then. "Wait. Insistency that I should get a check up and interest in my financial status... You're a con artist!"
The Pikachu then smirked. "That's funny, calling me a con artist. You don't truly know that much, do you?"
"Well, if you're not a con man, then you are either a legitimate doctor with expensive fees or lying," said Karma. "And I don't particularly like either option."
"Call me Doctor Black Jack," the Pikachu said, turning around. "You can try to reach me if something goes wrong." With that, he began to walk away.
"Whatever you say, doc," said Karma, stepping into the car and driving away.
As Spike approached a run down town, he noticed a pikachu with a top hat, talking to a sneasel. He squinted at the pikachu once more and remembered the picture.
"Black Jack..." Spike whispered. Spike turned over towards the pikachu's direction. Spike planned to incapacitate him after luring him away from the public.
"Hello, Black Jack, isn't it?"
"And how would you come to know me?" The Pikachu asked, turning around to face Spike.
"Your just popular I guess, heard about you around the block. Apparently, you have a reputation. Come with me, I have a favor to ask."
The Pikachu's left ear twitched slightly, but only for a second. "Is it something you can't talk about here? And, I might add that only a few people have witnessed me perform surgery. I'm not that popular." Or at least, I never planned it that way... something's up...
"Come on, I don't want anybody catching this info." Spike motioned for him to get into the Jeep.
The Pikachu looked around the plains, and besides the departing Sneasel, no one was near. "There's no one here, so let's just talk." His hand slowly began to move towards the hilt of his katana.
"Now now, no need for weapons, if you want to trust me, here." Spike threw down his sniper and covert pistol, but not his club.
"Now, I believe you have heard of Thunder Cruise?" Spike said, stepping around him.
"What of it?" The Pikachu asked, his right arm resting at his side again.
"Apparently," Spike raised his bone club behind his back, "He wants to meet you..." With a quick movement of his club, he bashed at Black Jack towards his head with his club.
The Pikachu's hat was knocked clean off. He had ducked to the side, and barely escaped the blow. He unsheathed his sword, and went into a defensive stance. I am a doctor, and I save lives; not destroy them.
Dam it! I could have sworn that would have knocked him out clean...oh well.
"Forgive my rudeness, but I don't have time for this, come with me and no blood, or there will be consequences."
"I suppose there is no other way," The Pikachu said, sheathing his sword. Immediately after that, her reached inside his pocket, pulled out a deck of cards, and threw them at Spike so that they would cloud his vision. Extremespeed! He ran off as soon as that happened.
"Where do you think your going?" Spike threw his grenades ahead of Black Jack and they exploded. Spike kicked up his pistol and shot the boxes around him. They fell down and blocked Black Jack's way out.
"Come on, I haven't got all day, I don't want to hurt you, just come with me, please, don't make this hard on yourself, I'm not giong to kill you or anything, promise. I just need to deliver you to Thunder Cruise, so he can pay me a huge reward."
((Boxes? WTF? We're in the middle of the plains. And whatever happened to the deck of cards?))

Spike swept away at the cards and fired more rounds towards Black Jack.
The Pikachu continued to run away from Spike, and ended up almost circling him.
"This is ridiculous." Spike stuck out his foot in the path where Black Jack was running into.
The Pikachu expertisely jumped over the Cubone's foot, and ran up to Spike's Jeep. He got in, and began to start it up.
"Oh no, not my car." Spike ran to the car and shot the tires with his pistol. The tires had multiply holes and they couldn't move.
"Well, there goes the fast way getting back..." Spike then threw grenades around the Jeep and kept his pistol shooting around and above the Jeep, so when Black Jack tried to get out, he would be stopped no matter what.
"I intend to bring you alive Jack, so step out slowly and you won't be killed."
"My name's not Jack!!" The Pikachu yelled back, as he dimmed the lights in the car, so that if you tried to look in, you couldn't see him. He made sure his white shirt was still on, and he put his hat - which he had grabbed after it was knocked off by the club - and cloak on the seat, so that it looked like he was still there. He climbed out of the trunk, and prepared to make a getaway.

Bio: Born and raised right into a prestige Mercenary business, Jay has really learned this special art. He spents most of his days gambling or drinking at bars. But when he's not doing that, he's out on a hunt, killing the target requested.

The Pikachu casually walked into a small motel, though he was breathing heavily on the inside. That was too close... I have to be more careful. He walked up the stairs and into the room he had put his name under. He lied down on the bed, and closed his eyes. Why would he want to take me in? There are far more hardened criminals out there than just an unlicensed doctor... speaking of which, why is the government putting such a large bounty on my head? It just doesn't seem right...
