Wouldn't characters from TurboGrafx , Sega Saturn, and Sega Genesis get into Brawl too?

Technically, they have been on a Nintendo system..........(Wii Virtual Console)

Right........?

Even though the games that are put on the VC are property of nintendo now...the characters arent...
