Of the family members that you have communication with, have any of them retired? When?
By that I mean not to mention somebody that you never see in your life or anybody that's dead.
My grandmother just retired recently and she lives with me. Today was her last day at work at she got home like 10 minutes ago. I don't know anything about either of my grandfathers or my dad's mother, all my great-grandparents are dead, and my mother doesn't plan to retire for a long time.
my grandparents on my dad's side are both dead, my great grandmother on my mom's side died a couple years ago, but my grandparents on her side are both still alive. Don't see them often though. never knew my grandpa.
My grandma is retired this year. Thought she needs to buy me a chrismas present >:(
