Extra dimensional doorways have been forming throughout numerous worlds leaking monsters, demons, and the undead into worlds they don't belong. Mana (the natural energy that flows through the Land of Monsters) is also pouring out into these other worlds causing radical changes in their environments.
This situation would of course encourage Heroes to travel to the Land of Monsters to try and stop whatever is causing this. Other people may find the Land of Monsters a valuable tool in their own plans.

Darkworld Forest:
An untamed and massive jungle filled with all forms of dangerous plants and wild monsters. The realm is almost completely overgrown with massive vegetation. No cities to speak of.
Ogre BadLands:
A fiery magma filled realm with volcanic activity abounding across the hills. The molten landscape is perfect for Ogre tribes that over run it. Several Ogre cities are built around the Southern shoreline.
Colossus Desert:
A dry arid and near endless desert. Named for the massive building tall giants that inhabit it.
Only one small village can be found in the entire desert. Appropriately named Mirage town.
Demontropolis:
A city made by demons for demons. Its structures are enormous and often maze like. Although a city, it is a city of demons that won?t hesitate to devour someone who looks like a tasty snack.
Black Palace is the island connected offshore. A sub realm known for it?s dark deeds and seedy contracts.
Tempest Mt. Ranges:
A realm covered in a rocky mountainous terrain. Worst of all the entire area is covered in ever-present thunderstorms. Most monsters live underneath the surface away from the dangerous lightning but some species have adapted to the electric overdose. No cities.
Glacial Peaks:
A cold snow covered mountainous realm. Home to many breeds of Monsters and Demons who live in relative peace. Several major cities are scattered throughout this region.
Graveheart Swamp:
A spectral breeding ground for apparitions. This marshy toxic realm is comprised mostly of ectoplasm based vegetation. Thus the realm is overwrought with a number of zombies, ghouls, and phantasms.
Evil?s Crest:
A dark abysmal land of death. The area overflows with mana, all of which pours out from the Tower of Blasphemy. Even the eldest of demons dare not approach the Tower

Somewhere out on the western edge of the Darkworld forest. In clearing where the brush isn't as thick. A swirling vortex pulsates and glows hovering just above ground. The vortex begins to churn as someone crosses thru it. Blade jumps out of the portal and surveys his surroundings. Trees and vines larger than most houses shot forth from every direction. Not a single clump of dirt to be seen. plants seemed to makeup the entire area.

Meanwhile....
On a crowded city street in the Demontropolis, another vortex churned before spitting out Neros. Huge towering absurdly shaped buildings stretched into the sky. All forms of beast and freak walked around paying no mind to the human that just appeared. Next to him was a street sign pointing in several directions with Labels for each direction: City Hall, Black Palace, Nightmare's Library, and City Gates.

On the southern shore of the Colossus Desert. A third vortex began to churn as it spat out Jason onto the shifting sands. Only a few feet away was a woman with a massive sword who appeared to be training intensely. She did not pause to look at Jason when he came out of the vortex. A pyramid could be seen on the horizon as well as several massive man-like statues that were scattered across the landscape.

And finally atop a small summit in the Tempest Mountain Ranges a fourth vortex released Zy. the vortex dissolved and disappeared shortly after Zy stepped out. Lightning storms covered the entire sky and the radical and numerous mountains prevented Zy from seeing vary far. In the air a large shadowy winged creature soared across the clouds unhindered by the bolts raining down around it.
((Let's get this started.))
Jason started walking. He noticed the women.
" Halt! Which side are you on!?"
Blade Letti drew his sword, measuring the gigantic vines around him. So this is the place... Looks like I'm in some sort of forest, Blade thought. He began walking, climbing, cutting, and swerving around the branches, plants, and vines. He didn't know where he was going, but he was sure each step brought him closer to his goal.
Zy meanwhile looked around.
A barren wasteland. Figures.
He walked forward and spotted another vortex, but this one was weak.
" I'll use this one to go somewhere else. The resistance isn't here."
He used some magic to open it, and stepped in.
The portal took himto the forest area, where he saw Blade cutting trees coming near him.
" Who goes there?!"

Atop a branch above the unsuspecting Blade sat an amorphous blob. It's single eye scanned the area, also spying Zy. It grinned wide thinking to itself [Two Humels in one day, what luck! And even more so that bothersome furball is nowhere to be seen. Now to wait for opportunity to present itself. wary prey is always so much harder to catch.]
The blob continued to spy on his prey.
" Sorry," Jason replied," sometimes you can't trust anyone."

At the top steps of City Hall, a strange couple stepped forth out of a portal as it vanished behind them. In front of them towered the Demontropolis as structures twisted in every direction. Demons and monsters flew thru the air ignoring the couple as if people appeared from random swirling vortexes on a regular basis.
Kyro and elly head to the nearest pub to find some work. Then elly order's a large goblet of scotch on the rocks.
And Kyro asks the bartender if theres any bounty's because there more fun.
Neros walked in a random direction through Demontropolis.

The the pink slime grinned wide and stretched up. It grew wider and taller, it split it's bottom into two legs and sprouted four arms. It's single bulging eye went back and forth between the two. It laughed wickedly "No matter. No humel has ever bested me. Two will be no more a threat. Tell you what, I'm a generous guy. Before I eat your flesh, I'll let you both take a shot at me. Come on!"

The bartender shifted thru some notices. And lifted up a bill "Here's something. Black Palace put a hit out on one there own. Apparently anyone who can kill Mineno Drakewurth and bring back his head will recieve 1 million Hellz. Last seen in Graveheart Swamp."

Meaning we can't just beat him up he's got more power then both of us combined. With enough power to spare to power a small city". Kyro plainly states" you can stay here if you like with that money i can find my brother and destroy him so i can go back to my village." Elly then says "look im just sayin we need to think of a decent way to fight him with out dieing in the process. Although i've heard that the Drakewurth weapon has some signifigence to thier power. We'll start with that ok?" Kyro states "Fine but what are you going to do about your friends over there?" Elly says "What Friends?" Confuseingly. Kyro Says" the guy you spit on brought his friends to play with you" He says with a grin. Kyro plainly states" you can stay here if you like with that money i can find my brother and destroy him so i can go back to my village." Elly then says "look im just sayin we need to think of a decent way to fight him with out dieing in the process. Although i've heard that the Drakewurth weapon has some signifigence to thier power. We'll start with that ok?" Kyro states "Fine but what are you going to do about your friends over there?" Elly says "What Friends?" Confuseingly. Kyro Says" the guy you spit on brought his friends to play with you" He says with a grin. Kyro and Elly go outside and Elly proceed's to beat them to a pulp saying " I hope you got Insurance Because your going to need it" Kyro states " asoon as your done with your new friends we got to go to Graveheart Swamp". After Pummeling the demons she joins Kyro as they walk to Graveheart Swamp.
A silver robed, winged lass walked up to the couple. She was carrying a huge book with her and she spoke up "Excuse me sir did you say something about going to Graveheart Swamp? If you could escort me there I would be eternally grateful." She realised she was speaking to a demon and then followed up with "I'll pay 500 hellz now and 500 when we get there. Oh and by the way I'm Illiana Lombardi and you?"

Blade swung his sword up, cutting through the blob's from bottom up if it made contact. If it made contact, then Blade continued to do a sword lash from right diagonally up, to the left bottom, then did another on the opposite side to make a giant X mark on the blob.

The slime fell apart as it dropped into piles of goo. Few moments later it quickly rebuilt itself into it's complete shape. Tapioca laughed uproariously "BWAHAHAHAHA! If a few slashes of the sword were all it took to kill one of the Sludge we would have died out long ago." He walked up to Blade slowly letting the impact of the situation sink in. "Any more tricks up your sleeve?

Bio: Memphis originally is from Mercury City, a major city in another realm. Due to a few unavoidable circumstances, he had a few hunters attempt to kill him. He quickly dispatched them and when he began to move on with his life, the attacks became more and more frequent until finally he decided to end it once and for all. So he attacked the home base er?.mountain and leveled it from the inside out. He came across Demontropolis by sheer accident. One morning as he went to the bathroom, he took a wrong turn and ran into the towel closet. ?ow dangit!? he exclaimed as he opened the closet and walked in. The next thing he knew he was standing in the middle of a forest riddled with strange flora and fauna.

Blade was actually relieved. He had expected the goo to reform into even more opponents, and was glad to see he still only had to fight the one annoying blob. "You call that a trick?" Blade laughed. "That was merely a fighting technique. If you want to see a trick, go to a magician." He made sure he was far enough away from the blob to be attacked, held his sword for defense, and looked for a weak point. Perhaps a heart or organ he could strike.
" Prepare your sword." Zy held out his hand.
Tapioca launched his fists at Blade like they were bullets. Four slimy fists flew towards him only for the fists to be torn apart in mid air. In front of Blade stood a werewolf like creature in green pants and wearing bangles on his wrists. His biege fur swayed in the wind and he looked quite mad. Tapioca reformed his fists and backed a few feet away. The werewolf like creature spoke out "Tapioca! What the hell do you think you're doing here? These are my hunting grounds alone. Anything in this territory is my food and mine alone." the Sludge beast seemed frustrated "Dice, You are ever the thorn in my side. It's time I put an end to your life."
Tapioca seemed to be completely ignoring Zy and Blade.
Hm... I know I'll have an easier time fighting a solid creature, but I have more important matters, Blade thought. I'd rather get out of here unharmed so I can travel and find the source of the mana. So, as the two were fighting, Blade sidled until he was out of sight with all the trees and vines, and darted away of the area.
Zy stared at the warewolf. " 1 on 1, you and me."
He raised his hand, releasing a black hole which sucked up the Tapioca.

Dice seemed insulted "Such impudence. Look in front of you." Dice pointed to where Tapioca once stood. In it's place floated a red glowing sphere no bigger then a thumb. "The Heart of Sludge. Bound with powerful magics but shaped with cheap rock. It is impervious to most spells however..." Dice grabbed the sphere and crushed it in his hand. "...it is quite vulnerable to brute strength. If I had not crushed the heart, Tapioca would simply have reconstructed himself. And as for you I have no quarrel with you. I suggest heading north out of the forest as it is the least dangerous path." Dice sniffed the air to track the other humans scent [Let's see based on the direction he went he seems to be headed for the Alraune Grove. Sheesh I guess I should stop him before they try to eat him too.] Dice jumped up into the treetops and began to follow Blade.
" Hey!!! Come back!!!!" Zy yelled, but Dice was gone.

All of the grogginess that He felt before hand quickly vanished as his senses sharpened greatly. His pupils dialated as his fangs and claws extended a few centimeters. He quickly got into his fighting stance raising his hands, the left a few inches from his face and the right a few inches from his left, and lifting his right knee a bit.
Dice looked around. He barked to the other two "Listen up, if you wanna get out of this alive. The Alraune are incredibly toxic but their still just plants. We'll need to clear a path out of here before anymore show up or worse their queen. Don't let them bite you and keep moving forwad." One of the Alraune charged Dice but he easily destroyed it with a flurry of slashes.

Also it work great if ya get my drift" Elly winked queitly while lighty tapping her elbow in Illiana's side.Elly the states "he may be funny lookin but he's a very caring person who always looks out for others over himself. Out the corner of his eye, memphis saw one of the strangers slash at the odd looking monster. He quickly ducked to avoid one of them that attempted to jump on him. He turned and held up his palm unleashing a small yet deadly beam of bright white light. There was a high pitch whine followed by a thunderous crack and scream as one of the Alraune flowers shriveled up and turned to ash. He turned and, without a hint to thinking or hesitation, charged at the nearby crowd. He knew without a doubt that just charging in would result in his quick and untimely demise, so he held up his right palm again and shot forth a fireball that charred a makeshift trail for him. he shrugged and continued untill he couldn't run anymore. He knew that he should keep running but his legs just wouldn't move so he simply collapsed on the root of a nearby tree.

Illiana blushed like crazy during Elly's explanation. She tried to regain her compsure to answer Elly's question "Well actually I'm quit used to the desert's heat. I've done a lot of travelling to help fill up this book of mine. I've been just about everywhere except Graveheart and Evil's Crest. Of course no one goes to Evil's Crest anymore what with the overflow of mana recently."
