OK, press the following things on your keyboard.

UP UP DOWN DOWN LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIGHT B A START

Then, you'll need to play Zelda: Ocarina of Time and beat Malon's record, thus earning the Silver Saddle, which will allow you to beat the Wandering Running Man. He'll tell you Miyamoto's Secret Poem, which will allow you to unlock the Sky Temple. The Triforce is inside, the password is written on the back of the Triforce of Power.
