Missing Report

I've noticed that for some reason there's no longer a report button under posts to immediately report spam and harassment to the administrators. Seeing as how there's quite a lot of it on this forum, it suddenly missing is a serious problem.

But if we don't have it, which administrator should I contact if I have a violation to report?
