I have the Mario Paint Composer for the PC. I was bored, and just made the Yoshi's Island Underground theme. I think itturned out quite well. :)
I might upload it to Youtube if I figure out how to record it. :P

Just use Audiacity if you want only the sound. If you want a video use Fraps.
