It's freakin crazy. My aunt was having trouble with her internet access 3 weeks ago from Monday to now, and I haven't been home since then. She uses AT&T. I was trying to go on but it would always say "We're sorry but an error has occured with your internet account".

So I told her and she called them. She even noticed that they had doubled the amount she had already paid on her phone bill. It was their fault though. They said the issue was that they had made a mistake and made another copy of her bill before she had paid it off. So they assumed she didn't pay at all.

It took freakin 45 mins. for them to resolve the issue.
