Hygiene is something that should be on the mind of every human.  It allows us to remain healthy as well as keeping up our social standing--something essential to a social animal such as Homo Sapiens.  Unfortunately, one major piece of hygienic methodology is quite often over looked; dental health is one of the most important things out there yet it remains so neglected.  Proper dental health provides 2 benefits.  It gives you a healthy smile, which will help you excel in life.  It also keeps your mouth free of disease.  There are many products on the market that bolster dental health.  Only one of these products rise above all: Colgate toothpaste.

Colgate toothpaste comes in many varieties, with the original mint being the most widespread.  Such a simple product has done so much for the human race.  As a nation we should all thank the Colgate brand for saving us from gum disease--something that could kill us all. Brush your teeth twice a day.

In conclusion, dental health is highly important: especially when it is provided by Colgate.  Remember to consult your dentist and floss.
