Can you hear me now?

Just got my new computer today, well slightly new anyway.
RAM boost, 300GB partitioned hard drive, new dual core processor, new video card etc.

So its pretty kick ass, although for some odd reason my speakers have gone and died on me.
I can hear sound form them, but it is at least 7x softer than it should be.

All volume controls are on max.... any ideas? D:

Assuming the speakers are plugged in, are your sound drivers updated?

Figured it out, new motherboard so I now need independently powered speakers.

Found some random cable for my alarm clock that let me connect my monitor to the CPU and now I got poopty monitor speakers, yay.

At least my comp is lightning fast now. <3
