Release the smaller PS2 with a LCD screen like they did with the PS1?

I honestly could see it happening in 2008.

i don't think so....but i would like to see a sony/playstation brand for the LCD screens

Nah. Although the little white PSones sold well, i don't think the LCD screen itself did.

Besides, back then there was no PSP, either. Now you can Sony on the Go in a much smaller package.
