By Sunday I want you all to submit your favorite band by posting it in this thread. Then, at midnight on Sunday, I will open the Battle of the Bands Hurt and Heal game.
Every band will start with 5 fans, and over the course of the week, every person can add a fan or remove a fan from any band they want, twice a day. The only rule is you may not hurt or heal the same band twice in one day.
At the end of the week, the band with the most fans will win the title of
"NSFCD's Favorite Band".Everyone gets one band submission. Make it count.

Not the best, I realize. They're two of my favorites, though. I suppose I could have gone with Beheaded instead of Jennifer Lost the War, and I could have placed Fix You or Nothingtown instead of Kristy, Are You Doing Okay, but I like the two I posted slightly better.

Offspring is one of my favorite bands, and my favorite song by them is The Kids Aren't Alright. Would have chosen that over anything, and if the other one had to be a new song, either Rise and Fall or Stuff is Messed Up.

I know they won't win because not everybody listens to this kind of music, but might as well throw Kamelot in there. They're not necessarily my favorite band, but I've been getting into them a lot recently and love Roy Khan's voice...
