Does anyone know where I can download the Japanese version[with English subtitles] of Cowboy Bebop, or watch it online?

Just watch the English, it's not half-bad actually. Probably the best VA work I've heard of in a dub.

In which case you could watch it on AS.
Otherwise, Veoh might have it.
