Latios or Latias?

I decided to play through Emerald again, but now I don't know who to choose, Latios or Latias?

I like them both, but I heard Latios was stronger. But then I heard Latias had better stats or something. Who should I pick?

latios has better sp. atk, latias has better sp. def.

well, i had sapphire, so i got latias from that. of course, i want both, so i picked latios in emerald.

do you have ruby or sapphire?
