1) Do we still have that lame system that bans people with few posts from images and stuff?
2) Do we have excessive word filters or do we have freedom of speech?
3) Can we share stuff like friend codes here?
4) The noobs of old NSider aren't here... right?

No. Everyone gets all advanced permissions from the beginning.

The general rule is you may swear as much as you'd like, but if it's spam then it's still spam. There are word filters, too. You can disable them for your own viewing pleasure.

Sure.
