Is there a way to get Halo 2 on a Windows XP?

Ok... Now would it work on my crap PC? Here is what I have

80 GB Hard Drive
512 MB RAM
INTEL INTEGRATED 64MB GRAPHICS CARD (don't ask... I didn't buy this comp... it was a gift)
Either a 16X or 32X CD-ROM drive (not sure which)
360 Controller for Windows (as a game controller of course)
SoundBlaster Live! 24-bit Audio Card.

No, you will be lucky to be able to run Halo 1 on that. What's your CPU, btw?
