I believe that the Nintendo Wii version offers Wi-fi, so I'd go with the Wii version.

Good news; Wii does have online. Also, it doesn't seem to have FC's, but you have to have friends somehow...

I'd go for PS2 if you have the guitars already.

If you want to play with friends, it's just a royal pain in the ass. :P
I'm only going by experience with DS FCs, though. :P
