I got platinum at last! ^^ I hoping for a peaceful start with nobody bugging be but my Mom won's stop stealing my guide book just to see Bidoof when I need it, my friends on XBL who play PSU won't stop asking for my help to LV, and my younger cousin won't stop bugging me to let her watch FRED on youtube and try AA:CF.... *sigh* ..... Anyways, I just beat the first gym after all that $#!7 so I am glad now. Sadly, I needed to bring one of my Pokemon from Diamond, which came from Emerald, to Platinum earlier than I planned out to make up for lost time. The Pokemon you ask? My Shiny Gardevoir named SIRNIGHT. Two pokemon on my list down, four to go. I'll keep you updated on what's going on Platinum whenever I feel like it. Laters peoples.

So, what differences have you noticed between Diamond and Platinum at this point? Graphical? Flow? The Pokemon themselves?

Everything, inculding the story as well.

Technically speaking, starting with a Lvl. 100 or more than 40 takes out the fun of it. -_-

That's why I have a Riolu about to hatch. ;)

The changes are a lot. The Pokémon that come out from your side move and don't shine blue or red. Only trainers that are special to the story (like the Rival, Gym Leaders or Team Galactic) have special animations. Many Pokémon were changed from their usual sprites. The intro changed as well. And a lot of changes are present from the start.

Basically, it has a lot of new features to enjoy. :D
