Blaziken, if I shut off my computer during a bittorrent download, will it resume next time the comp turns on, or will i have to start all over again?

It checks what you have downloaded, and resumes downloading what you down't have.

resume, I believe. it's just taking bit by bit, I think it'll know what bit it left off at.

I'd either torrent it or just buy the DVD's. They're not very expensive, and Cowboy Bebop is pretty much the best anime ever, so it's worth it.
