Uh... I don't really like many 3rd party games besides Sonic, and the rest don't have fighting-ready characters (Harvest Moon, Phoenix Wright, and Trauma Center (GUILT is playable :O))
Uh... I guess I would go with Pac-Man. I don't know what moves he would get, but a Pac-Man stage based on the arcade game would be awesome ;D
