what do the dots stand for next to peoples names in my friend roster?

The dots represent how good/bad the connection to them is.

All of mine are red.  :'(

some of mine don't even have dots!
and all the rest are red sept one which is orange/yellow

Red is supposed to be bad, and orange and yellow are OK.

yes I have no idea what i was doing with lucas. I gave up.

also thats not cool how you owned me with my own character(s?) ;_;

and the Toon link match was close but maybe that was just cause of the items.

Wow, I'm better than I thought, I was using characters I rarely use, and I did pretty good with a few.
But Matt was kinda cheating at the end >.>
He just stayed at the side, and attacked when someone came near.
And when I went brb, I kept bein' attacked... <.< I wasn't gone but I was talking to someone...
It was fun though, I won a few times, and didn't always come in last for once!
But anyway, Ness/Lucas? Yeah, not my cup'a tea.
One more thing... STOP USING TEAM WORK! >:( :P

Yes, by fighting Star with Yoshi and WINNING (for the first time against him), I figured out, that I can pwn with Yoshi.
