He's saying you can't go through all the characters to see who you're best with because some characters have better matchups than others. If I just picked Rob, even though you might be better with one of your characters, your other character has a way easier matchup so you would do better.

I get it I guess, but how will I determine who I am best with? D=

Also, I need to fight someone, for some reason after fighting Tibar, I've felt more cocky, SOMEONE FIX THIS.

Just take a guess who you think you're best with, and keep working on them to make them better.
