First clips of the second Avatar series, The Legend of Korra. Looks rather good, and I really enjoyed the first series, so here's hoping they do just as good a job.
Looks aaawwwwsssome. Also, there's tons of info out on it too, including:
-Aang and Katara's son Tenzin has a wife and 3 kids, all of whom are air-benders if I'm not mistaken (except for Tenzin's wife, of course)
-Sky Bison and Flying Lemurs are back, as Aang apparently found more of them alive after the first series
-the story takes place in United Republic, a New York-ish area founded by Aang and Zuko
-Korra, the current Avatar, already knows every bending style except air, which Tenzin is teaching her (so this is basically the "Book 4: Air" we've been wanting)
-Korra's party includes Tenzin, an earth-bender and fire-bender whom are brothers, and her polar bear/wolf thing that acts as the new Appa
-Toph apparently got married (to who we don't know) and her daughter is now Police Chief of United Republic
-the police of the city are metal benders (Toph traveled the world teaching people how to metal bend) who zip around using metal wires that come out of their suits
-There will be at least 26 episodes
-the main villains are normal people who hate benders, and many have the chi-blocking style of Ty Lee
Man these artists just can't make an interesting main character, can they?
Oh well, sure the show will be enjoyable.
David Faustino (Bud Bundy), J.K. Simmons (J.Jonah Jameson), and Rob Paulsen (tons of cartoon voices) are doing voices for the new Airbender series. Oh poop.
The first two are main characters, too. J.K. Simmons is Aang and Katara's only Airbender son.
