Yes, with restrictions. You can be nominated an infinite number of times, but you cannot be nominated if you were a MotM the previous month.

Member of the Month is a program for good users. By that I mean in a sense like you help others, alot. You contribute to the site in one way. Or you are just a user who's good around the forums ands got their head striaght. Some may also be reccommended by other mods/admins. And they will be selected every month. I guess if you were a MOTM, then if two months have gone by, you can be chosen again. Or so I think.
In other words, be yourself and do good things ;)
