It's a great game, but it's entirely too short, like all the other ones. I beat it on easy difficulty in around 5 hours. It has some awesome new guns and vehicles, the graphics are beautiful, and the multiplayer is fun. The ending is a bit confusing, and not great, but it's an awesome game.

You beat it on easy in five hours because you played it on Easy. :P
Play on hard, and try to do more then blast through the games. I tend to go through games rather slow, because I realy like to enjoy them. Just messing around and finding new ways to beat the game is so fun.

I beat it on heroic, it took me about 7 hours. Probably because I'm good at FPS'.

Legendary is THE right way to play Halo, But Heroic is close enough.
In fact, it is in the Heroic and Legendary difficulties where Halo shows how different it is from other egoshooters. If only more people played on those difficulties, then they wouldn't be complaining how Halo is but another FPS.
In short, Legendary and Heroic force you to think a bit, unlike the lower difficulties, which play like your average braindead shooter, if a very well designed game of that type.
Why'd you do easy mode? Do Heroic or Legendary. It's much more fun.
No big deal, since Halo is mostly about the multiplayer. But I heard a lot of people say the same thing you did( I can't say it myself since I don't even own a 360 :P

Yeah, about 95% of the time I'll play multiplayer.
I haven't beaten it (I don't even own it), but I've played a good chunk of it at my friend's house. I played on normal difficulty, and it was still relatively easy. The missions are fun, but there are only nine of them...:(
Anyway, the vehicle battles are sweet, and Live is incredible. Overall a fun game, but nothing revolutionary.
I wish I had live... :(
it was made for online play not single player that's why i got it and im generally good at it
