I know what it is but how do you find it, and is it a good pokemon? ???

It has the highest base stat total of all Pokémon... but that doesn't make it the best one, really.

It's an event Pokémon. We can't get it yet.

None has been announced. The only event we have in our visible future is the Manaphy event.

There is currently no way to get Arceus. You can get them at a Pokemon event, But there is currently none right now. You can check www.pokemon.com to continue to see if there is any events. The only other way is a hacking device like Action Replay. But they are not liseased or recommended by Nintendo.
