There should be a Wave Race stage.

It would kind of be a mix of Mute City, DK Jungle, and Yoshi's Island. (dolphins would jump out and give you items.)

Then the racers would jump over the stage but sometimes they would miss and crash into people.

It was just a trophy in Melee; a stage or playable character would be terrible.

Yeah, no playable character, but a sure AT. After all, every one of Miyamotos games except for WaveRace and Pilot Wings has been represented (even Muddy Mole)... right?
