Pokemon Tournament - Intro To Competitive Battling - Signups *one more slot*

Hey everyone! I've decided to host a Pokemon Tournament. This will be a pretty casual tournament, but there will still be rules involved.

Tournament rules:

-OU Standard
-The item SOUL DEW is banned
-The Pokemon on this page are banned http://smogon.com/dp/tiers/uber
-Battles will be done on Shoddy Battle
-- -- Shoddy Battle is a java Pokemon Battle simulator that allows you to create your team and play others over the internet download the program at shoddybattle.com/downloads
-No two Pokemon of the same species (including pre-evos) may be used (Species Clause)
-No two Pokemon may be put to sleep by the opponent (excludes Rest) at the same time (Sleep Clause)
-Moves that increase evasion or lower accuracy may not be used (Evasion Clause)
-Moves that automatically faint the opposing Pokemon may not be used, eg Horn Drill and Sheer Cold, etc (OHKO Clause)

We had an actual tourney a while ago, and it was fun. Shoddy Battle isn't the same for me.

I think it's the fact that the tourney is in Shoddy and not the real deal.

I still don't see how that's an issue. Shoddybattle is a great system (that allows us battle logs, too, which is part of the reason based on the title, imo).

Not the real deal, still.

It's better than the real deal. It allows for us to record the information and analyze. It lets one use any Pokemon/Move available (with the exceptions). It's about COMPETITIVE BATTLING...which doesn't make sense limiting you based on your game.
