Imagine this FE Roster:
1. Ike
2. Marth
3. Sigurd
4. Hector

But the twist is...they all have BLUE hair!  :O :robotsurprised: :O

Ike is already confirmed [obviously] and the rest are probably the FE reps with the best chances.

So would you be fine with all the reps having blue hair?

I would.
I think hair color is a stupid reason to exclude characters.
