What are your favorite anime? It can be one, two, ten... doesn't matter! Personally, I loved:
Gurren Lagann - Besides this show being incredibly manly, it had probably one of the strongest plots I've ever seen for a mecha anime.
Neon Genesis Evangelion - MINDFUCK
Azumanga Daioh - Best slice of life anime ever.
Mainly stuff that is really westernized. See: Zoids.

That doesn't count.
FLCL is pretty nice. If you can count Spirited Away, that's another favorite.
Higurashi.
Oh hey, Haruhi too.

Though in some cases its what there is on OneManga, not the whole series so far.
EDIT: There are also a bunch that I have half-read, but gave up due to forgetfulness, crappy hosting (before I found OneManga), or tediousness (I'm looking at you, Detective Conan / Case Closed)
Detective Conan.
Only non-mainstream one I like.
Utawarerumono is also a really good one. That's the one I was trying to think of. I only found it because I remembered the name of the theme song.
I just realized I haven't watched a poopton of anime. I'm ripping your lists.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but that is a pretty mainstream one.
Riddler: Detective Conan is VERY mainstream... how else did it get to OVER 600 chapters? It's PRETTY mainstream dude.
CustomRobo: Uh... Bleach 8 is upside down X_X:; Oh, but you read Shaman King! *High Fives* The series finally ended in Japan, with a decent ending that didn't suck! Hooray! And someone started a sequel...Shaman King: Hana. It got one chapter on November 1st and hasn't updated since. ;_;

I love Shaman King manga. Read it ever since I found out it was different from the one on Fox.

The one 4kids dub where they at least tried a little to keep the original's integrity in tact... too bad the anime adaptation sucked anyway. The manga version is so much better. Too bad they never animated Anna's backstory...
Lets see...
DBZ
FMA
Bleach
Pokemon
Yu-Gi-Oh
Area 88 (This was on DVDs from when i first heard about it. It actually aired out in the late 1970's).
Sailor Moon
Cowboy Bebop
The only one I've ever seen is Yatterman if that counts. That and Pokemon. It was pretty interesting, but I'm pretty sure they're the same show.

You do realize that the Opening song isn't named that, right?
I meant English mainstream, you intercourse ers. Like DB/Z/GT, Cowboy Bebop, Pokemon, etc. I actually watched subbed episodes of it, and I never do that with anime.

...no poop. I used the title of the song to find the show.

Detective Conan is pretty mainstream even in America. It just didn't get a good english dub and it couldn't air during good (i.e. non adult swim) hours.
Zoids and Outlaw Star.

Anyway, my favorites are probably Shakugan no Shana, Macademi Wasshoi, and uh... some other stuff.

Ladies vs Butlers? Right?
My favorite is possibly the most mainstream one I like at all: Fullmetal Alchemist (Brotherhood)
Other animes that are among my top likes include .hack//SIGN, Haruhi, Kyouran Kazoku Nikki, Ouran High School Host Club, and Death Note, in descending order.
I mostly only like mainstream anime, to be perfectly honest. Most niche anime is really....really bad. There are some good ones though.
My favorite is probably Dragonball Z, followed by Yu Yu Hakusho, Full Metal Alchemist, G Gundam, Case Closed, Kenshin, Tenchi Muyo, and Trigun.
Let's see I'm just gonna name some of my favorites in no particular order...
- Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (Kai/Rei)
- Umineko no Naku Koro ni
- Michiko to Hatchin
- Book of Bantorra
- Kuropoopsuji
- Ghost in the Shell (SAC & 2nd Gig)
- Hellsing OVA
- FMA Brotherhood
- FLCL
- Samurai Champloo
- Cowboy Bebop
- Ouran High School Host Club
- Black Cat (though I like the manga better)
