Artist of the Month Contest! *New Contest - Anime Characters!*

Alright, I know there is an art contest for sigs, but I don't think there's one for regular art, so I'm starting one.  :P (Silver approved, by the way)

Okay, so every month we will judge pretty much whatever type of artwork submitted. I'm going to need people to submit their art. It can be computerized, hand-drawn, whatever you want, as long as it was made by you. At the end of each month, the judges will pick the best art submitted. Their prize? The proud rank of NSider Picasso.
Rules... Yes there are rules....

1. Please sign your art. That way we know you made it.
2. Sigs will also count, since there isn't a contest for them either.
3. After you have submitted your entry, that's it. You can only edit that entry.
4. One entry per contestant.

More rules may appear if I think of more...  ;)

Usually each contest has a certain theme, with NSider, it was related to the next hot game. Also, there is usually a hand drawn, and CPU drawn categories.

Our first contest will be...... A banner contest. It can be hand-drawn, GIMPed, whatever! There will be two winners (or one, depending on submitted stuff), one for hand-drawn and one for computer made.
