If you want want fast-paced, listen to hardcore-punk, thrash metal, death metal (specifically brutal and technical death metal), and the like.

Sonata Arctica seems like a good band. "Everything Fades to Grey" reminds me of a lyric in the song "This Celloid Dream" by AFI: "All the colors upon leaving will turn to grey".

Also: YES! I've finally found someone who likes Black Stone Cherry. They're an awesome band and very talented.

Thanks. From what I've heard, Sixx AM is good. Rise Against is also a good band. I don't like Coldplay so much though. They have two good songs, and both are on-disc for a Guitar Hero game lol. _{Why is my post in a quote?}

I've only heard "L.A." _{(lol because it's on Guitar Hero 5)}, but I actually like that song. At first it was weird/okay, but after listening to it a bit more, I really like it now; it's catchy.
