Post by: Allegretto on June 30, 2008, 11:05:33 AM
So what is everyone's favorite thing to cook, if you can cook. ^__________^

I really enjoy making chicken dishes, chicken Parmesan and Marsala  8)

The only thing that sucks is that they're too rich. xD

My signature dish is a grilled marinated chicken breasts stuffed with cheese, seasoned bread crumbs, and crumbled bacon. Served with it are sliced red and green peppers that are also marinated and grilled. That is all then served on a bed of rice that was cooked with a chicken or beef broth.

That is my favorite.

In terms of long prep-time foods, spaghetti; I make it from scratch using my family's recipe. In terms of grilling, hot dogs. In terms of desserts, mint-infused chocolate cupcakes. My special recipe. <3

I'll cook anything I learned to make in Culinary class (that I liked), dinner for Christmas/Thanksgiving, BBQ on the grill, a lot of things.

Chili, my specialty

I've been getting into cooking lately.

I love making Pastitsio. It's a Greek dish that's kind of like lasagna.
It has pasta and ground beef/lamb cooked in a sauce on the bottom and something called a bechamel sauce on the top. I'm not very good at describing it. It's delicious though.

The other day I made a Spinach and Cheese Quiche that came out pretty good.

The day after, I made banana pancakes from scratch.

I don't cook much. But I usually just make packaged crap that you put in the oven lol

Like French Fries, Egg Rolls, Wontons, Shrimp, White Castle Burgers xD   And other stuff like that. But I hardley ever eat. I don't eat untill like, 3:30pm, and after that I usually don't eat for the rest of the day. Like today, I just had Shrimp and Wonton soup and i'm full.
