Corruption, it's the only one I've played in the Prime series besides Hunters.

My favorite MP is not up there, since I believe it doesn't follow the main storyline. Anyway, my favorite was Hunters. Online battles FTW.

MP3 was realy good but not the best metroid game SM is still the best :D

The best, IMO, was Metroid Prime. Great game, captured the Metroid feel beautifully. My favorite Metroid game of all time (I've just started Super Metroid)

lol poor phaze, echoes was good but there was too much backtracking, I was probally in one room like a million times.

Best Metroid Game Ever: Easily Super Metroid.

Best Metroid Prime Game? Its a tie between MP1 and MP3 for me. Both are simply amazing, one features completely new controls that felt so right for the game and the other is responsible for reviving my favourite franchise and bringing Samus back into the spotlight.

Metroid Prime Hunters is by far my favorite Prime game, but I'm going to have to go with the last option (as I like both Prime and Corruption).
