Well according to one of the movies I saw everyone has three taunts now, and Peaches hand is holding up the heart so...
I think its Kirby using his air a above Peach doing one of her taunts. You can even see the little spinny lines from Kirby

The person controlling Peach didn't seem to know what to do.
