I'm posting this for SWW7. His computer was damaged from a roof leak from a bad storm, so he no longer has a computer. He's also moving out and doesn't know when he'll be able to come back. Possibly even months from now.

I'm assuming it means his internet as a whole is down and out - likely the router attached, etc.
