I hope so.  I mean, if it was in Melee then I see no reason for it not to be in Brawl.

Melee had over 2x more characters than it's previous game.  Brawl doesn't.
Melee had "Race to the Finish."  Brawl doesn't.
Melee had Roy, Pichu, Dr. Mario, and the only one that matters, Mewtwo.  Brawl doesn't.
Melee had SSB64 stages.  Brawl doesn't.

If Melee had a Special Movie, that doesn't mean Brawl does.

Brawl has less clones then Melee did
Brawl has online play. Melee didn't.

Brawl has past stages too. And stages that you create. Melee didn't.

All I'm saying is that Brawl might have a special movie and it might not, but the reasons that you provided suck as reasons that it wouldn't.

I agree with Nintenfrk.  Brawl just had more features, so I see no reason why the movie shouldn't be in there.
