Toon Link is basically a smaller, faster Link with the same moves. The Wind Waker is only a taunt. Rather sad, I think.

TOON LINK PWNZRS!!! Sure, Sakurai could have given him a totally awesome and unique moveset, but this is Sakurai we're talking about. :(
I am VERY glad he got in, clone or no clone, and I will use him A LOT. I just hope his FS isn't the same as Link's; playing the Ballad of Gales to call down tornadoes would be an awesome FS for him.
