Hoen's starters are my fav, but Kanto is awesome too.

I picked the Kanto pokemon because of what the starters evolve into.
There evolutions are still some of my favorites.

Huge Monster thing with a rafflesia (sp?) on its back > Cute magnolia thing, Pine Tree Gecko (Even though it's kinda cool) and Grass Turtle....




Overall, the origonals are the best, by most people's standards. Heck, NOBODY makes fun of the ORIGONALS... >_>

I would have to say the starters from Blue and Red version, Just because Classic is the best, and Bulbasur is my favorite starter.
