in a slump

So today i decided to EV train a new pokemon on Platinum, maybe something thats somewhat related to christmas or winter. My only problem is i cant figure out what. All i know is that I don't wanna have to spend hours breeding (for egg moves, etc.)

Any suggestions? The last few i did were Regice, Gyarados, Deoxys-A, Dialga, Palkia, and Cresselia. Im thinking of a good BL/Standard Ice-type. I need ideas :/

Hmm, Froslass!

Its unique typing seems appealing, and i enjoy its nice Sp. Atk stat.. plus, i've never trained one before.
