none. use manaphy instead.
Modest most likely since it will most likely be using Sp. Atk (?).
Modest would probably be your best bet. Yet, I don't see why you'd be using Phione instead of Manaphy.
Mine's Sassy, and it has fairly good stats. If not Modest, try Sassy.

Yeah, but I'm giving my little sister a Phione since we worked out a trade (feel free to ask me about the details), and since the trade is lopsided (in my favor), I'm gonna get her the best nature Phione. Yes. I'm that loving.
Okay then. I'd go with Modest as the best nature, because I know Manaphy is known for good Special stats.
