Well... here they are.
Kingler- Cancerbubble
Crabhammer
Bubble
Surf
Arbok- Queen Ophuica (Sp?)
Take Down
Glare
Wrap (This is the closest u can get to the snake attack...)
Plusle and Minun- GeminiSpark
Spark
Helping Hand
Thunder Wave
Tauros- TaurusFire
Flamethrower
Take Down
Stomp
Fearow- CygnusWing
FeatherDance
Wing Attack
Castform- LibraScales
Water Gun

Sunny Day
Rain Dance
Rayquaza- DragonSky
idk on DragonSky's moves... Anyone know them? Do any of them relate to a Rayquaza move? They look extremely similar, so... this is another good one.
I'm looking to improve the list. Here are the other Bosses-
HarpNote (Can't really do... There aren't any Humans...)
Megaman (Too Human)
CrownThunder (Rotom is the closest, but too small...)
Wolfwoods (Easiest to do, but idk what poke...)
LeoKingdom (???)
PegasusSky (Who would this be???)
Also, feel free to try viruses. Try to keep the movesets related to the bosses actual movesets, too, to make it more realistic.
Any comments or improvements?
MMSF? what is it, and as far as movesets go, Pokemon related some of them are poor.

The point is to make them related to the game- in Pokemon, these movesets will garuntee you to lose.
Dragon Sky: Raquaza
Twister
Extreme Speed
(Those are all of Sky's attacks that I know of. XP )
Wolf Woods: Umm.....Bipedial Mightyena? (It's the closest I got. :-\ )
Howl

If thwe movesets are guaranteed to make you lose, why would you use them?

They're designed to be similar to the movesets of the bosses in MMSF. Nobody's actually using them in Pokemon ;)
Magmortar makes a good Mega man IMO.

Yes, it does... but there's no Mega like Magmortar in MMSF. Now, in MMBN 4 and 6, there's a good one.
