Getting mah new DS (DSi) soon, and I just wanted to know what colors everyone likes the best, is there a difference in the finish with each color, etc.

Black looks better in my opinion. The Blue we have in the US looks quite feminine.

Yes, the blue we have here is pretty girlish. And I do like the smoky finish of black.

I would go with the black. That's what I did.
The Matte Blue is too bright for me. D:

To me, the blue isn't so bright, it's as if the color bleeds out of the DS and into my retina @_@

Isn't there a white one? I think that one looks good, but so does black. And yeah, the blue is pretty "girly".

I think it'd be cool if they had a transparent DSi like the Game Boy Color and N64.

I had one of those transparent GBA's :D

But I don't know, teh black looks really sexy.

Now that you mention it, I'd buy one.  The DSi must look really awesome if it were transparent compared to the previous two DSes.

A transparent DS of any kind would be awesome. Maybe they could add Gameboy Color (or Pocket)-style buttons in the same color (as the transparent Gameboys) for a retro feel. And what if you could somehow see through the touch screen while it's not in use? :O That'd be sweet, but I'm really not sure that would ever happen.

Of course the DS and DSi get multiple colors. I don't have one. The Wii, however, get's white. Unimaginative and dull white.
