What is the standard deck size, and how powerful do i make the items?

Standard Decks are usually about 8-12 cards. Look at the cards on the front page for some item ideas. Make 'em as strong as you think is fair and necessary.

And can i make some items character specific.
Or type specific.
Like a spellbook only works on FE Mages etc?
