It's day 2 of the Nomination Phase, and it's pretty clear that the RP "Dead Men Don't Tell Secrets" is currently taking the place by storm. Even though it was created only recently, it's creating a huge path that other RPs should follow. However, could this RP die eventually as well, like "An Inside Job" and "Azula's Reign"? In order to successfully vote for a good RP, one must look at all aspects of the RP, past and present.

This is LS, Power On RP.

The reason most of the RP's died were because their creators left. Inside Job was by Fear, and although it is still hanging in there, apparently the RPers need her to get a real plot going... Now, I haven't been here very long, so I'm not going to participate in these votes. It wouldn't be fair, given I really don't know much about RPGing and haven't looked at enough to really give a vote. BUT, I do want to show you that there are more RP's out there then the ones I made.

And then there are also the less active ones like Inside Job and Harvest Moon: Pepper Town that were once great and legendary RP's from what I hear. So, don't just pick the finer details of DMDTS, though I'm surprised but honored that something I created got this far and well-liked. There is still the more new The Epic Quest and Nibankari. Also Goomba Crossing, which has been around for a while and looked like it took some thought. Then there is Wicked Weapons, which I know nothing about, but it isn't dead.

Anyway, I just thought I should point out that there are a lot of well deserving RP's out there that haven't been mentioned yet. So don't pretend the only active ones are the ones T_L pointed out that I made... I'm brand new here and all of these RP's are by some seasoned RPers who deserve some mentioning, I think. But I don't know for sure, I'm still new to the whole RPing thing...

That's what I was trying to say in my aforementioned post. There are plenty of other candidates aside from Birdie's creations. Thanks for pointing that out to the other voters.

I have an idea for another category, but I want to make sure you guys like it. It's "Biggest Fail of an RP", or something along those lines. It's for those RPs that were created and never quite got off the ground (1-3 pages long). If it's not too insulting, what do you think?
