I know who you are... but that's cuz u told me.  :P

Btw, idk why your thread got locked, because you CAN get National Dex pokemon before you get the National Dex. You just have to have a friend trade the pokemon to you. For example, my little brother currently has a Larvitar, because I traded it to him, but he only has two badges.

You CAN have that team. You just have to have someone trade them to you. I'm surprised that nobody in that thread knew that...
