Is it true that if you use Stomp on a Pok?mon that just used Minimize it will do more damage?

The only problem is that it's not exactly practical, since Stomp already has subpar accuracy (In DP) and minimize doesn't help any.

Funny how they put that logic in the game, and yet, we have Skitties breeding with Wailords.
