Can we trade on here not by GTS?

Like for example I want to have Charmander (Charmeleon and Charizard work too) so I can then find them on GTS and I was wondering if it is ok to do that? So like a trade and trade back just to have it on the pokedex.

Yep. Just know that if you do make a trade deal like that, and fail to return the Pokémon, I'll cause all sorts of hell for you. Which is why I recommend not giving up something you don't want to risk losing unless the user is someone you trust.
